Vanguard Research, Inc. (VRI) is a holder of a
Multiple Award Contract (SeaPort-e). VRI is an
experienced provider of professional services as
a prime contractor and as a subcontractor to
clients in the National Capital Zone, Midwest
Zone and Southwest Zone. We have a team of
subcontractors that provide the Virtual SYSCOM
preferable options when procuring services for
mission areas relating to leading edge
technologies with special emphasis on strategic
systems, force level warfare, and battle
management and control.
