Work Assurance
Team Vanguard is committed to the continual improvement of
processes that deliver
high quality, cost effective
products and services.
Team Vanguard
understands quality and has the resolve to maintain quality in all our
services. Our process is proactive and designed to ensure that all
products and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in
accordance with our customer requirements. The quality control
activities include:

Quality
Planning - to meet specified
requirements for products and/or services, program-specific quality plans
are developed by the applicable project organization.

Quality
Controls – the Program Manager,
with guidance from the QA Manager, maintains the quality assurance plan.

Quality
Audits - an active internal
quality audit program is maintained. Quality audits are scheduled, based
on program needs. Corrective action requests are issued and follow up
activities are performed and confirmed.

Quality
Improvement - data provided by
the audit process serves as valuable input to the process improvement
function. Audit data is analyzed to determine systemic improvements in
Quality control.
